Eligibility Requirements for Diploma Students at Beehive Albania

To be eligible for a diploma program at Beehive Albania, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Educational Background
  • Completion of secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).

Language Proficiency
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English through prior education or professional experience.

Age Requirement
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of enrollment.

Application Documents
  • Completed application form.
  • Certified copies of academic transcripts and certificates.
  • A valid passport or national ID.
  • A current CV/resume.
  • A personal statement outlining the applicant’s motivation and career goals.

Interview
  • Successful completion of an interview, which may be conducted in person or online, to assess the candidate’s suitability for the program.

Recommendation Letters (optional but preferred):
  • Letters of recommendation from teachers, employers, or other professionals familiar with the applicant’s academic and/or professional background.

Applicants are encouraged to submit their applications well in advance of the start date to ensure ample time for processing and review.

Application Process

All you need to take are three steps to enter the world of hospitality management

We have ongoing enrolment year-round, you can apply at any time for the upcoming intake.

  1. Register and Create an Account :

    Register and create a new account on the Beehive Albania application portal.

  2. Log In and Complete Your Application :
    Log in to the portal to complete your application and upload the following documents:
    • Coloured passport copy
    • Coloured Residency Visa copy (front & back) - if applicable.
    • Colored ID copy (front & back) - if applicable.
    • Coloured passport type photo
    • Final high school transcripts.
    • Curriculum Vitae.
    • Professional exposure certificate (internship or work experience)

  3. Application Submission :

    After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to pay the application fee (€50 including VAT).

  4. Additional Requirement for International Students :

    International students residing on campus must submit a Certified Police Clearance/Criminal Status Certificate issued by their country, confirming good conduct. This certificate must be translated into Albanian or English by a certified translation company if it is in any other language.

  1. Document Assessment and Interview :

    After payment of the application fee, the submitted documents will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee. This process includes an interview with the Programme Manager.

  2. Letter of Acceptance (LoA) :

    If the applicant meets the requirements and demonstrates motivation for the program, a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will be sent.

  3. Securing Enrollment :

    To accept the offer and secure enrollment, a refundable security deposit of €300 must be paid within 30 days.

  4. Attested Certificate Requirement :

    Applicants must acknowledge the requirement for an attested education certificate, authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or with Apostille attestation, to enroll in the program.

The remaining balance of the program fees must be transferred no later than eight weeks before the start of the program. The Admissions team will begin the onboarding process 60 days before the commencement of the program, which includes applying for a study visa for non-residents.

All the tuition fees and additional charges are paid in advance before the program starts.

Payments

All fees and accommodation expenses are to be paid in advance before the program starts. - The exact dates and payment methods are stated in the student’s invoice. Students with outstanding fees, at the end of week five, will be withdrawn from the programme. Academic documentation (transcript of grades, degrees, etc.) is only awarded if all outstanding fees and charges are paid.
